The Wind Signs consist of an attractive all plastic frame that can display two signs, wind resistant coil springs, and an all plastic base. The frame has a "quick change" feature which allows sign blanks to easily slide in and out and stay securely in place. Strong coil springs connect the frame to the base allowing the sign to resist strong winds and return to an upright position. The plastic base has factory installed wheels, making it easy to move the sign stand from place to place. In addition the base can be filled with water or sand and has a molded-in tie down hole that allows for chaining or wiring to deter theft.
